Objeto. La presente Sección tiene por objeto reglamentar la prestación del servicio educativo en el marco del Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes (SRPA), en concordancia con lo dispuesto en el Libro II de la Ley 1098 de 2006 y el Capítulo 5 del Título III de la Ley 115 de 1994.
