El presente Decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar el artículo 19 de la Ley 1702 de 2013, estableciendo el procedimiento de intervención a los Organismos de Tránsito que debe efectuar la Superintendencia de Puertos y Transporte; así como también el procedimiento para la suspensión preventiva, suspensión o cancelación de la habilitación de los organismos de apoyo al tránsito.
