ARTICULO 16. A partir del 1o. de enero de 1993, el Subsidio de Alimentación para los servidores públicos, que perciban una asignación básica mensual no superior a DOSCIENTOS TREINTA Y CUATRO MIL OCHOCIENTOS TRECE PESOS ($234.813) M/CTE., será de OCHO MIL QUINIENTOS SESENTA PESOS ($8.560) M/CTE., pagaderos mensualmente por la entidad correspondiente. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio durante el tiempo que el empleado disfrute de vacaciones, se encuentre en uso de licencia o suspendido en el ejercicio del cargo.
