Cuando se omita información o haya error respecto de alguno o algunos de los aspectos a los cuales se refieren los numerales 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11 y 13 del artículo 53 de este decreto, la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil deberá dejar el concurso sin efectos. De igual manera cuando compruebe que se presentaron irregularidades en su realización. Todo lo anterior, conforme con el procedimiento legal especial establecido.
