° Nuevos créditos. Cuando las operaciones redescontadas según el artículo anterior hubieren sido originalmente financiadas con recursos propios de los establecimientos de crédito oficiales, los fondos así liberados por Finagro de acuerdo con sus disponibilidades, se utilizarán para conceder nuevos créditos con destino a la producción y diversificación de café.
