Conforme al

Parágrafo

del artículo 6º. del Decreto 2814 de 1968, los planes o proyectos de reorganización de la entidad se someterán para su revisión y concepto a la secretaria de organización e inspección de la Presidencia de la República. Los contratos que con el mismo objeto se proyecte celebrar, deberán contar con el concepto favorable de la misma Secretaria.
