°. Vigencia, subrogación y derogatoria . El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación en el Diario Oficial , subroga el Capítulo 7 del Título 2 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1078 de 2015, y deroga el Decreto número 934 de 2021. Las solicitudes de autorización de cesión de permisos de uso del espectro radioeléctrico que hayan sido presentadas ante el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones antes de la vigencia del presente decreto seguirán rigiéndose y culminarán bajo las disposiciones establecidas a través del Decreto número 934 de 2021.
