Decreto 1711 de 1984 · Por el cual se dictan normas sobre interrelación de registro, catastro y se tecnifica y reorganiza administrativamente el registro de instrumentos públicos

Con el fin de agilizar el servicio de registro de instrumentos públicos y para lograr la debida interrelación con el catastro, divídese la circunscripción territorial de Bogotá en tres zonas y la de Medellín en dos, en la forma que determine el reglamento. En cada zona funcionará una oficina principal de registro de instrumentos públicos.

Parágrafo

La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro asumirá la dirección y control de la división de las oficinas principales de registro de instrumentos públicos de Bogotá y Medellín, así como su organización y funcionamiento y tomará las medidas conducentes para el eficaz cumplimiento de este objetivo.
