Retiro y reprobación de repitentes. Cuando un oficial o suboficial se encuentre repitiendo un curso y perdiere dos (2) o más materias en exámenes parciales, será retirado del mismo sin que tenga derecho a ingresar nuevamente a él. Si al terminar el curso dejare de aprobar más de una materia, se considerará que lo ha perdido; si reprobare solamente una materia, podrá habilitarla por una sola vez; si perdiere la habilitación también se considerará definitivamente reprobado.
