Con el fin de atender las necesidades del servicio y cumplir con eficacia y eficiencia los objetivos, las políticas y los programas de la entidad, el Contralor General de la República podrá crear y organizar, con carácter permanente o transitorio, grupos internos de trabajo. En el acto de creación se determinarán las actividades que deberán cumplir y las consiguientes responsabilidades.
