Para efectos del artículo 29 del Decreto 2331 de 1998 cuando quiera que un establecimiento de crédito no bancario gire un cheque con cargo a los recursos de una cuenta de ahorros pertenecientes a un cliente, se considerará que constituyen una sola operación por la cual se dispone de los recursos, el retiro en virtud del cual se expide el cheque y el pago del mismo.
