El Gobierno prestará preferente atención al camino nacional del Cravo acometiendo trabajos que proceden su ampliación y permanente conservación en buen estado

Para este efecto regulará los trabajos proveyendo a ellos con una cantidad no menor de tres mil pesos ($ 3,000) oro mensuales que se tomarán del fondo especial de caminos.
