° En las boletas de que trata el artículo anterior se espresarán el nombre i apellido del empleado solicitante, el empleo que ejerce, la clase de servicio o comisión que va a desempeñar i el lugar a donde se dirije. Sin tales requisitos la Compañía no estará obligada a trasportar gratúitamente por el ferrocarril a ningún empleado nacional o del Estado de Panamá.
