º Quien tenga conocimiento de que se están adelantando simultáneamente varias actuaciones notariales para la liquidación de la misma herencia o sociedad conyugal, informará tal circunstancia a los respectivos notarios o a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro, para que procedan en la forma que se determine en el artículo anterior.
