Conforme lo dispuesto por el artículo 260 de la Ley 1955 de 2019, que adiciona el artículo 16C a la Ley 41 de 1993, el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural es la entidad responsable de adelantar labores de inspección, vigilancia y control de la prestación del servicio público de adecuación de tierras en los términos previstos en la ley, con enfoque de riesgo, de carácter preventivo y de auto regulación.
