° El Banco de la, República queda, autorizado para adquirir y mantener en su poder las libranzas o pagarés que expida el Gobierno de conformidad con el presente Decreto, sin que tales inversiones afecten el cupo legal del Estado en dicho Banco. Comuníquese y publíquese.
