El joven que solicite matrícula debe presentarse personalmente ante el Rector, acompañado de su padre o acudiente, a fin de que firme la matrícula y se imponga de las obligaciones de su cargo. En ningún caso se podrá extender matricula sin llenar las condiciones anteriores, y sin antes haber consignado los derechos correspondientes.
