Las organizaciones de trabajadores, con representación nacional, que se encuentren debidamente reconocidas, presentarán a consideración del Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, ternas de candidatos, para integrar el Comité Nacional de Salud Ocupacional, en cada período. El Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social seleccionará, de las ternas presentadas los representantes más idóneos.
