Art. 6º De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 1º y 4º de la ley 67 de 1887 , los reos condenados a presidio ó reclusión en una casa de trabajo, cualquiera que sea el tiempo de su condena, serán sostenidos por cuenta del Gobierno Nacional.
