Decreto 1471 de 1994 · por el cual se aprueban los estatutos internos de la Promotora de Vacaciones y Recreación Social, Prosocial

Actas. De las reuniones, deliberaciones o decisiones del Consejo, se dejará constancia en un libro de Actas, que deberán llevar la firma del Presidente y Secretario del Consejo. Los actos del Consejo Directivo se denominarán Acuerdos y llevarán las firmas de quien presida la reunión y del Secretario del Consejo, cuyas copias darán fe cuando sean expedidas y autenticadas por este último funcionario.

Parágrafo

Los acuerdos se numerarán sucesivamente con indicación del día, mes y año en que se expidan y estarán bajo la custodia del Secretario del Consejo. Lo mismo se hará en relación con las Actas.
