Vencida la fijación en lista, el Comandante Superior de las Fuerzas Militares o el Jefe del Estado Mayor General, debe dar traslado del expediente, por dos días, a cada uno y en su orden, al Jefe del Departamento Jurídico, al procesado y a su defensor.
