El turismo de aves o Aviturismo es la práctica de observar e identificar aves en su hábitat natural o en sitios transformados ya sea para propósitos recreacionales, educativos o científicos, sin que implique su captura o manipulación, promoviendo la conservación del medio ambiente junto al desarrollo sostenible de las comunidades locales.
