Esta Ley empezara a regir desde su sanción, pero los aumentos de sueldos y personal que se decretan, solo se harán efectivos a partir del 1º de enero próximo, para lo cual en la Ley de Apropiaciones o en el Decreto de liquidación del Presupuesto, se incluirán precisamente las partidas necesarias para satisfacer las erogaciones de que trata la presente Ley.
