Abrese al Prepuesto de Gastos del bienio económico de 1901 á 1902 el crédito adicional de doscientos mil pesos ($200,000) para atender á los gastos del Panóptico de Bogotá, con la siguiente imputación: (1901 á 1902) MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO DEPARTAMENTO DE JUSTICIA Capítulo 21 Gastos varios de Justicia Artículo 194. Para atender al pago del servicio que ocasione el Panóptico de la capital de la República, inclusive el sueldo del Capellán, hasta$ 200,000.
