º . La persona que obtenga permiso de introducción o del transporte, de acuerdo con el presente Decreto, deberá cubrir íntegro el valor de los derechos de aduana o de los fletes, por todos los elementos y materiales que introduzca o transporte, a las tarifas ordinarias vigentes. En los recibos que se expidan se hará constar el permiso respectivo.
