Artículo octavo. Cada confederación tendrá derecho a enviar a los congresos confederales cinco (5) delegados; cada federación tres (3) y cada sindicato en la proporción siguiente, de acuerdo con el número de sus miembros activos: De 25 a 100 miembros 1 delegado. De 101 a 300 miembros 2 delegados. De 301 a 500 miembros 3 delegados. De 501 a 1000 miembros 4 delegados. De 1000 en adelante 5 delegados.

Parágrafo

Cada delegado tendrá derecho a un solo voto y no podrá representar más de una organización.
