ARTICULO 1º . Adicionase el Artículo 80 del decreto 654 de 175, en el sentido de determinar que los Suboficiales destinados a prestar sus servicios en la Casa Militar, tienen derecho a una dotación especial anual de vestuario por un valor igual fijado en el Artículo 75 del Decreto en referencia.
