Art. 3.° Verificado que sea el desarme de los buques i el retiro de las tripulaciones, procederán a hacer practicar con las formalidades legales el avalúo de los citados buques, i por separado el de su armamento i equipo, debiendo remitir las dilijencias orijinales a la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento.
