ARTICULO 293. Violación de derechos políticos. El que fuera de los casos previstos especialmente como delito, mediante violencia o maniobra engañosa perturbe o impida el ejercicio de los derechos políticos, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) a dieciocho (18) meses. Si el responsable del hecho descrito en el inciso anterior fuere empleado oficial, incurrirá además en la pérdida del empleo.
