VIGENCIA DE RUTAS Y SERVICIOS. Para los efectos de lo dispuesto en el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 161 del Decreto 2324 de 1984, cualquier ruta o servicio que hubiere sido otorgado, o autorizado por la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria con anterioridad a la vigencia del mencionado Decreto continuará con la vigencia que se hubiere fijado en la resolución respectiva, o en su defecto con un plazo de un (1) año, contado a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, pero requerirá el armador de que se trate, contar con nave de bandera colombiana o asimilada para ejercer los derechos de tal ruta o servicio.
