ARTICULO 5o . Los Títulos de Tesorería, TES, Clase B podrán ser administrados directamente por la Nación, o ésta podrá celebrar con el Banco de la República o con otras entidades nacionales o extranjeras, los contratos necesarios para la agencia, edición, administración o servicio de los respectivos títulos.
