ARTICULO 1o. La limitación que en materia salarial establece el inciso segundo del artículo 11 del Decreto-ley 717 de 1978. no se aplicará a los servidores de la Rama Jurisdiccional y el Ministerio Público que con anterioridad a la vigencia de ese Decreto ejercían sus empleos sin reunir los requisitos señalados por la ley para el desempeño del respectivo cargo.
