ARTICULO 4 o. La remuneración del Presidente de la Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A., se fijará de acuerdo con los parámetros y porcentajes que se establezcan para los empleados públicos pertenecientes a las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado y a las Sociedades de Economía Mixta, sometidas al régimen de dichas empresas del orden nacional, directas e indirectas.
