Sanciones. Se aplicará en lo que resulte procedente lo previsto en el régimen sancionatorio del artículo 91 del Decreto Ley 1295 de 1994, modificado por el artículo 115 del Decreto número 2150 de 1995 y el artículo 13 de la Ley 1562 de 2012. La investigación administrativa y la imposición de sanciones corresponderán a las Direcciones Territoriales del Ministerio del Trabajo, conforme a las competencias y procedimientos establecidos en la normativa mencionada, sin perjuicio del poder preferente previsto en el artículo 32 de la Ley 1562 de 2012.
