Artículo segundo. Créase el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura, adscrito al Ministerio de Justicia, que como Tribunal disciplinario ejercerá la suprema vigilancia de los funcionarios de la Rama Jurisdiccional y del Ministerio Público, y el control del ejercicio honorable de la profesión de abogado.
