La facultad para sancionar las faltas cometidas contra el honor militar, prescribe en tres años que se contarán a partir del momento en que ocurrió el hecho que las constituye. Este término se interrumpirá desde el día en que se dicte la Resolución de Convocatoria de Tribunal de Honor. Interrumpida la prescripción comenzará a correr de nuevo por igual término desde el día de la interrupción.
