Rutas de atención. Los actores del Sistema Nacional de Justicia Familiar, en el marco de sus competencias y observando los lineamientos y estrategias que defina y adopte la Comisión Intersectorial de Justicia Familiar, promoverán el conocimiento público y permanente para todas las personas de las rutas de atención ofertadas en materia de Justicia Familiar, consideradas estas como guías o mapas que dan cuenta de los pasos que las personas deben seguir para acceder a los servicios y obtener una respuesta efectiva frente a sus necesidades.
