Para atender a los gastos que demande esta Ley, se destina la partida de cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00), que se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y en caso de no hacerse, el Gobierno queda facultado para abrir los créditos o hacer las traslaciones indispensables.
