° A partir de la fecha del presente para que el Ministerio de Educación pueda hacer el registro de los diplomas de bachiller, es necesario que los interesados presenten el certificado de estudios, en el cual conste que han cursado y han aprobado todas las materias del pensum oficial de que trata el decreto número 57 de 1928. Queda en estos términos derogado el artículo 4° del Decreto 1872 de 1926.
