° Los manifiestos de aduana correspondientes a encomiendas de importación o exportación, pagan, además del impuesto de un peso ($ 1), el de diez centavos ($ 0-10) por cada encomienda que en ellos se incorpore, con excepción de las encomiendas que contengan muestras sin valor o catálogos.
