Modifíquese el artículo 2.2.2.11.5.1. de la sección 5 del Capítulo 11 del título 2 de la parte 2 del libro 2 del Decreto número 1074 de 2015, el cual quedará así: Artículo 2.2.2.11.5.1. Conflictos de interés. Para los efectos de este artículo, habrá conflicto de interés, cuando el interés personal del auxiliar de la justicia o el de alguna de las personas vinculadas a él, le impida actuar de forma objetiva, imparcial o independiente en el proceso de insolvencia o de intervención, de conformidad con lo establecido en las leyes.
