Art. 3.° El Administrador-tesorero de la Aduana destinará a los destacamentos que se hallen fuera de la isla de Buenaventura, el mayor número posible de individuos del Resguardo, dejando en aquella localidad solo el número de tales empleados que sea estrictamente indispensable para el servicio.
