º. El Departamento Nacional de Provisiones, antes de disponer la venta en pública subasta de los vehículos automotores que a su juicio hayan perdido su utilidad, podrá también retirar de ellos los repuestos que puedan posteriormente utilizarse en la reparación de vehículos oficiales, el valor de cuyo suministro ingresará igualmente al Fondo Rotativo del mencionado Departamento.
