LAPSOS NO LABORADOS. El personal que se retarde en cuanto a los permisos, licencias, vacaciones o presentaciones, sin causa justificada, no tendrá derecho a que se le liquiden los correspondientes haberes o bonificaciones durante este lapso, sin perjuicio de las acciones penal o disciplinaria a que hubiere lugar.
