Artículo sexto. Inmediatamente después del envase se procederá a la pasteurización a la temperatura mínima de 65 grados centígrados por espacio de 30 minutos minimun.

Parágrafo

Mientras las bebidas fermentadas una vez envasadas y pasteurizadas, permanezcan en las fábricas, deben ser conservadas en cámaras frías.
