Parágrafo

s 4º y 6º del artículo 24 del Decreto 4299 de 2005, los cuales quedarán así: "

Parágrafo 4

El gran consumidor solamente podrá utilizar los combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo como: i) fuente de generación de calor, ii) fuente de generación de energía, iii) carburante, y/o iv) insumo dentro de su proceso industrial". "

Parágrafo 6

Unicamente el gran consumidor que cuente con la acreditación del Ministerio de Minas y Energía podrá operar como tal y deberá adquirir combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo del distribuidor mayorista. Para el caso de requerir diésel (ACPM), en un volumen igual o superior a 420.000 galones al mes, podrá adquirirlo directamente de refinadores y/o importadores".
