De la vigilancia sobre las instituciones de utilidad común o fundaciones . Además de las finalidades señaladas en el artículo anterior, la inspección y vigilancia sobre las fundaciones o instituciones de utilidad común dedicadas a la prestación de servicios de salud, se dirigirá a garantizar que sus rentas se conserven y sean debidamente aplicadas y que en todo lo esencial se cumpla con la voluntad del fundador o fundadores. (Artículo 7° del Decreto 1088 de 1991)
