° Los grados académicos que confieran las Facultades de que se trata en los artículos anteriores, serán valederos ante el Gobierno, con la condición de que los cursos escolares se hagan con la misma extensión que en las Facultades de Bogotá, y que los exámenes de grado se ajusten á lo prescrito en los Reglamentos de estas últimas.
