° Créanse un Circuito Judicial formado de los Distritos Municipales de Mercaderes y Patía, en el Distrito Judicial, de Popayán, con un Juzgado de Circuito y capital en El Bordo; y un Juzgado 2.° en el Circuito de Chinácota, Distrito Judicial de Pamplona. El Juzgado primeramente mencionada tendrá el personal y sueldos de los de su categoría de Popayán; y en otro, el personal y sueldos del de igual categoría en Chinácota.
