Efectos y publicidad de las decisiones. La autoridad judicial que conceda la libertad transitoria, condicionada y anticipada, deberá dejar sin efectos las órdenes de captura o medidas de aseguramiento que se encuentren vigentes respecto de los procesos y/o sentencias por los cuales se haya otorgado el respectivo beneficio. Para este efecto deberá oficiar a las autoridades competentes.
